55 tiles ranging from [0|0] to [9|9]. Each player draws 10 tiles to start.
The player holding the highest double ([9|9] if in hand, otherwise [8|8], etc.) leads the first round. They must play that double to open the game.
Match a pip number on your tile to the open end of the chain. Tiles extend left or right from the ends only.
If you have no valid move, you pass your turn immediately. There is no boneyard to draw from in Cuban rules.
First player (or team) to empty their hand wins. They score the total pips remaining in all opponents' hands.
If all players pass consecutively, the board is blocked. The player/team with the lowest pip total wins and scores the difference between all other hands and their own.
Single Match: One round, winner takes all.
Play to 100: Accumulate points across rounds until a player or team hits 100.
Play to 200: Same race but to 200 points — longer, harder-fought matches.
